CRITTERS Patient Treatment Assistance Fund Application

CPTAF supports the fight against women’s cancer* by allocating financial resources to any woman with a related cancer who may need emergency financial assistance during treatment.  Due to fundraising limitations, we are only able to financially support women living in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

This program enhances the traditional medical care that cancer patients receive by offering funds for treatments such as acupuncture, biofeedback, massage therapy and other forms of mind-body therapies.  Funds will also be available for scarves, wigs, and anti-nausea medications, as well as transportation to treatment, daycare, medical co-payments, rent assistance, utilities, and even dog walkers.

Patients will work through their Oncologist’s Office or cancer navigators and Critters For The Cure when applying for funds.
